Contact
Send us a message through our contact form. Please include your macOS version, the app version, and — if it's about a specific file — the format/codec, which ⌘I ▸ Get Info will tell you.
Requirements
- macOS 13 (Ventura) or later, Apple silicon Mac
- No other software required — the app is self-contained
How do I get to an exact frame?
Press Space to pause, then ← / → to step one frame at a time. For scrubbing, turn on Fine in the player bar (the seek bar turns orange) — or hold your pointer over the playhead and use a two-finger swipe.
Why doesn't my timecode start at zero?
Because it's reading the timecode embedded in your file. If the clip was shot or exported starting at 01:00:00:00, that's what it shows. That's intended.
How do I copy the timecode?
Click the clipboard button next to the timecode in the player bar. It copies the exact frame you're parked on.
How do I leave fullscreen?
Press Escape. Fullscreen deliberately hides the menu bar and Dock so nothing appears over your picture.
The window changed size when I opened a clip.
That's intended — the window sizes itself to the video's exact aspect ratio so there are no black bars. Use ⌘1–⌘5 for fixed sizes (100%, 50%, 25%, 12.5%, 200%).
A file won't play.
Open ⌘I ▸ Get Info and send us the codec and container listed there.
