CM Video Player does not collect any data.

No personal information. The app has no accounts, no sign-in and no registration.
No analytics or tracking. There is no telemetry, no usage reporting, no crash reporting, no advertising and no third-party trackers.
No data leaves your Mac. Video files you open are read locally and processed entirely on your device. Nothing about them — filenames, contents, metadata or timecode — is transmitted anywhere.
No network activity. The app does not contact us or any third party. (If you deliberately open a network stream URL, your Mac connects to that address you chose; no information is sent to us.)
Files you open. The app reads only the files you explicitly open, and only to play them and display their media information.

Because no data is collected, there is nothing to sell, share, retain or delete.

Children

The app is suitable for all ages and collects nothing from anyone, including children.

If this policy ever changes, the updated version will be posted on this page with a new date.
